The 1241 Double Helix from Bonka Bird Toys is a shreddable and shape changing medium sized bird toy! This toy has lots of interesting parts and can easily be adjusted to change its shape. The bird toy does include a quick link connector at the top for fast hanging in the cage. A sturdy metal wire wraps around the connector and continues through the center of the bird toy working as its backbone. This wire has been adorned with many pieces of cardboard shreds, colorful plastic beads and natural wooden beads. On the bottom and either sides there are bunches of (3) colorful bamboo finger traps. These finger traps are super fun for birds to chew and shred and can be turned around their axis. On two levels on the bird toy there are natural vine ladders with sturdy metal wires passing through their center. These sturdy metal wires stick out of the ends of all of the bamboo finger traps with a sturdy metal loop. This loop hangs colorful rubber rings that are great fun to pull and grab. The vine ladders can be moved around their center just like the finger traps letting you experiment with lots of different toy setups.
