In Scorpion’s world of upper echelon adventure touring jackets, the Yukon has more protection but it is the Yosemite that is more weather versatile. Featuring large (we mean huge!) vents along the chest, down the arms and the whole back panel, the Yosemite can comfortably sit in triple digit temperatures for as long as you dare. And yet when the temps return to more normal, even cold levels, the Yosemite has full length waterproof and quilted thermal liners that can be zipped in. Sas-Tec CE rated armor gets the nod to cover the elbows and shoulders while a PE foam pad does the job for the back. Naturally large mesh panels makes it more difficult to have much storage but the Yosemite nevertheless steps up with six pockets, one of which is waterproof.
- 500 denier nylon main body material, with 1680 denier nylon abrasion zones
- All critical seams are Exo-Stitch® Safety Seams with heavy bar tacking at high stress areas
- Heavy duty mesh ventilation areas on chest and entire back panel
- Zip-down wind blocking panels, torso vents and full-length arm vents can be adjusted for optimal air flow
- Two large cargo pockets on lower front, two chest pockets , one large cargo pocket on rear, and one internal waterproof pocket in liner
- New CE certified Sas-Tec armor with molded Velcro® at elbows for infinite adjustability
- Sas-Tec CE certified armor at shoulders
- PE Foam back pad in back protector pocket can be upgraded to Level 2 Sas-Tec ® protector
- Ample use of NightViz® reflective on front and rear of torso, arms and elbows for increased nighttime visibility
- Removable full sleeve AirGuard® waterproof / windproof liner
- Removable full sleeve EverHeat® thermal liner
- Compatible with optional Kidney Belt (sold separately)
- 8” #5 YKK® zipper and elastic panel for connecting Jacket to pants
