The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IL 18. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse IL 18 and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate

The Mouse IL-18 (Interleukin 18) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IL-18. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse IL-18 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse IL-18, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse IL-18. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse IL-18 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Bought the color 2 thinking it would be brown but it’s almost Black (my own ignorance). I saw a YT vid by Kie Rashon where she sort of left the front of her hair out so I was hoping to do the same but it’s too dark for my hair (you can’t tell in the pics). I would recommend checking Kie out on YT for more details. I do like it though so I will probably give this one to my sister and reorder a different color. Wish they provided pics of how the wig in other colors look. Edit: So I repurchased this piece in DR Hazelnut Brown (the lighter color). I took some leave out in the front so please note that’s my hairline, not the wig’s. It blended well with my hair color. My texture is a little curlier but I just did a braid out on the front to help it blend. Wig tangles very easily. I’m going to experiment with co-washing to see if that reverts it to its origami condition.
