Bosch batteries are efficient, long-lasting energy sources designed for years of dependable service. Thanks to their intelligent Battery Management System, they continuously monitor and protect the cells against overcharging, deep discharge and overheating. The result is long mileage, excellent service life and dependable power in all Canadian seasons.
Bosch has recently revised the PowerTube housing, making it lighter and moving away from the black coating for sustainability reasons. As a result, the new silver version and older black versions may both be seen on the market during the transition.
Available in horizontal and vertical formats to match frame designs, the PowerTube 800 integrates seamlessly with Bosch Smart System motors, displays and the Flow app for precise power management and accurate range calculation.
When replacing a battery or adding a second one for extended rides, it is essential to verify compatibility. Check that the part number matches your existing battery:
- Horizontal: EB12.100.051
- Vertical: EB12.100.055
This battery is not compatible with all Bosch Smart System bikes and is not compatible with Bosch System 2 eBikes. Please ensure you order the correct orientation and matching part number.
⚠️ Important: An End Plate (sold separately) is required for proper mounting and must be purchased separately if not already included with your bike.
