- Wavy cast-iron grates optimize pan stability and let you slide stock pots anywhere on the top.
- 36" left-side griddle, ½" polished steel plate, thermostatically controlled from 175 °F–550 °F for precise searing, browning or holding.
- Standard oven (right) + convection oven (left) both with battery-spark ignition – no electrical service required for lighting.
- Convection fan driven by a ½ hp, 115 V motor with on/off switch – roast, bake or finish faster and more evenly.
- Four heavy-duty oven racks included; standard oven accepts full-size sheet pans in either direction.
- Front-mounted manual gas shut-off for fast, one-handed safety control of the entire range.
