It will really help take advantage of heads that have been ported that flow much better at higher lifts. The duration at .250" and higher is amazingly different than OEM cams.Below is a guide to help you decide if the 192-194-110LSA will fit in your engine. The following measurements were made with a stock cam in a stock engine and a 188-194-109 in the same stock engine. For reference, the 192-194 has .011" more intake lift and .006" more exhaust lift at the valve at TDC, with a stock rocker than the 188-194-109 has. Use this when you are plugging in your valve face depth and piston protrusion to help you find your clearance.

Sudsy!

I was looking for an organic body scrubber that created lots of suds and was easy to dry without getting moldy. The Cleanlogic body scrubbers fit the bill. I deducted a star because although they are organic, easy to hang dry, create lots of suds and thoroughly exfoliated my body, they’re expensive, in my opinion. I’ve tried different brands and different kinds of scrubbers- natural loofahs, silicone hand exfoliators, body wash cloths- they all had their own shortcomings. The Cleanlogic has been one of my favorite body tools but I haven’t decided if it’s worth the cost of adding to my subscription or buying them on occasion when I want to splurge.
