Food Pairing: The generosity of this ‘Savvy’ makes it a great drinking wine (with or without food) however we do love the idea of this one with simply prepared French style seafood; think grilled fish fillets with caper and herb butter or steamed mussels with garlic and white wine.
About the wine: Acknowledging that the Adelaide Hills does Sauvignon Blanc best, led us to secure ongoing supply of quality higher altitude fruit from this famous region. Time on skins prior to pressing allows us to extract maximum flavour. Minimal intervention from this point, has produced a wine of bright natural acidity, forward and appealing fruit flavours.
