What's an inexpensive way to ensure your Powerstroke's transmission stays as cool as possible? Easy, this simple-to-install kit from DieselSite!From 1999-2003, the Ford 7.3L Automatic Transmission (4R100) had an external cooler bypass tube that redirected transmission fluid from the pump output back to the return line of the transmission. The bypassing of the cooler was supposed to happen until the fluid reached operating temps. Unfortunately, these bypass tubes commonly fail preventing transmission fluid flow to the cooler. Another design flaw is that even when operating perfectly, the bypass never fully closes, meaning not all fluid is ever sent to the cooler, ever.
The result: transmission overheat. Many delete kits are available on the market that eliminates the bypass tube and the common failure. However, these kits do not address the restriction in the banjo bolt. If you look at the cut away photo of the banjo bolt, you can see the spring and check ball which restricts about 75% of the fluid flow to the cooler. The spring and check ball was designed to allow the proper function of the cooler bypass tube. Once the bypass tube is deleted, this check ball and spring are no longer needed.

Saved my skin barrier!!
I rarely write reviews, but this product truly deserves it. I have sensitive, dry skin with mild to moderate rosacea that became even more fragile after chemotherapy. While trying to repair my skin barrier, I overdid it with actives and completely wrecked my skin — it was red, raw, burning, and peeling.
I turned to ChatGPT for help, and this Avene Cicalfate+ was one of the top recommendations. I started using it about three weeks ago, and wow — the difference is incredible! My skin has healed beautifully. The redness is dramatically reduced, the irritation is gone, and my skin feels soft, smooth, and calm again.

Works as created.
Have been using for a few weeks and have noticed 15% improvement in skin and issues. I did notice a difference in the first 24 hours as advertised. It is suggested need a full month I think to see the true results.
At 50 I have pre menopausal skin issues- the redness & inflammation, acne, tightness and sensitivity. It is helping in addition to the other Avene skin products that come in the trial box for sensitive or SOS skin box trial size I think ot is called.
This has made a difference. It is easy to apply. I use morning and night. It is different from the Cicalfate + Cream. I use that also as needed. I am happy and recommend it. The price is higher than what I spend. But I wanted to try it to see of i need more than just what was in the Avene sensitive skin trial size box they have. My skin is really red and irritated so the $40 for the bottle is was willing to try because it's painful on my face.

Okay serum, not as good as the cream though
I am obsessed with the cream version of this so I thought I’d give this a try. The dropper top allows for easy application. The formula is light and non greasy and absorbs easily. No harsh fragrances. I would use it when I had eczema flares on my face and feel like it didn’t work near as well in helping with skin irritation as the cream does. As of now I don’t use it as part of my regular skin care. Do I think it’s a bad product? No, but it didn’t really work wonders for me. Not sure I would purchase again.
