Si distinguono al naso profumi di erbe aromatiche, fiori bianchi, note di albicocche e frutta gialla; al palato è fresco, di buona struttura, scorrevole e invitante.Realizzato in Sardegna dalla cantina Santadi, "Case delle Fate" è un vino bianco a base di uve nasco in purezza, una varietà locale proveniente da vecchie vigne poste su un terreno collinare, caratterizzato da un suolo calcareo. Le uve, raccolte a mano, vengono fatte macerare per alcune ore; in seguito, dopo la vinificazione, il vino sosta per sei mesi sulle fecce fini, a cui segue un breve passaggio in cemento, prima di essere imbottigliato.
Si abbina con primi piatti di mare e di terra, formaggi freschi a pasta molle, tranci di pesce alla piastra.
