The Tascam 112 is a professional rack mount 4-track, 2-channel recorder/reproducer designed to offer outstanding audio performance and convenient features. Speed in operation is enhanced by CPS, 2-point Auto-locator, and return to zero. Dolby HX Pro is provided to improve high frequency response. The bias is automatically set to its optimum value for each tape in use.

Condition:

  • This is a used unit.

  • Physically this unit is overall in good condition. Physically it shows some small signs of use and age like some marks and nicks. Nothing major, and nothing which detracts from the use or sound of the unit. Please see all photos.

  • This unit has been professionally serviced. It is fully functional and ready to use. The service included a full rebuild, clean and re-grease of the tape mechanism. It has also had a brand new belt, tyres and pinch roller were installed, the heads were demagnetised and the input levels have been calibrated.

  • Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. If you are unsure about this please let us know. We have some great, compatible step-downs for sale HERE. They are designed in Australia for use in Australia and can be run 24/7.

  • If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.

  • This sale is for the 112 only. Nothing else is included.
