Each box contains 30 individual stick packs — a 30-day supply if taken once daily, or a 15-day supply if used on training days only.

What's your recommended dosing?

Can I stack EN with other supplements?
Yes. EN contains no contraindications with standard sports supplements. If you're taking additional sodium, beta-alanine, or creatine, there's no known interaction. As with any new supplement stack, introduce one product at a time to isolate effects.
