The 8×10 has completed testing and is now officially available. The 10×10-inch curtain shutter, with a top speed of 1/1000s, is an absolute powerhouse for shooting 8×10 film and 8×10 Polaroid.

Learning from our Kickstarter experience, we prepared 15 sets of components in advance this time. The first 5 sets can be shipped within two weeks, and the remaining 10 sets will be shipped in early February.

The current price is a limited “trial” price for this small batch（USD 5,715）.It includes a specially designed standard lens: a 300mm f/2.8.
If you do not need the lens, a discount of USD 500 is available. 

Shipping is temporarily set at USD 200. If the actual cost exceeds this amount, we will cover the difference ourselves.

* Extendable Body Design: The rear standard can be extended to accommodate 600 mm lenses; with an optional extension lens board, even longer focal lengths become supported.
* Oversized Bellows and Camera Body: The generous bellows and chamber size ensure zero vignetting—even when using ultra-fast lenses such as the 340 mm f/2.4—allowing the lens to perform at its full optical potential.
* High-Performance Focal-Plane Shutter: Precision-cut cloth shutter curtains paired with powerful mainsprings enable shutter speeds up to 1/1000 s, ideal for bright daylight shooting.
* Versatile Shutter Operation: Supports focal-plane shutter use in ground-glass (view camera) mode with T-setting for convenient wet-plate or direct paper exposure.
* Large 203×203 mm Lens Board: Compatible with virtually all common large-format lenses, enabling direct mounting without adapters.
Integrated Quick-Release Plate: Includes an Arca-Swiss or Manfrotto-compatible quick-release plate for rapid setup, removal, and precise center-of-gravity adjustment.

I ordered these and was highly disappointed. The first pair I got, the velcro pieces were coming off. The threading was either coming undone or just wasnt there. On both shoes. I sent them back, had them send me a new pair, hoping it was just a fluke, cause those do happen. The next pair was better, but the corners on the velcro pads were still coming up, and i just didnt trust it to stay together. I sent them back and got a refund. As for fit, the first pair fit great, my foot was a little to skinny I think, or the straps were too loose even pulled as tight as they could go while still being able to connect the velcro pieces. It was something I could have probably worked with, they looked cute still and I still wanted to love them. The second pair, however, straps were still too loose. That didnt change. However, I got the same size, but this pair, my toes were too long for. Like, they were up on the little toe ledge thats supposed to frame your foot. That was uncomfortable. So I feel like the sizing was inconsistent. Another reason I opted to send them back for a refund. The shoes are cute, and i usually dont have issues with this brand. I have a couple pairs of boots from them that I absolutely love. But these sandals were a huge disappointment, unfortunately.
