Moderate caffeine, all-around brain support, and better everyday focus.

NutriFitt Codex is a nootropic in capsule form with a simple goal: your brain works best when you back multiple brain chemicals and energy systems, not just dump in a ton of caffeine. Instead of going heavy on stims, it mixes moderate caffeine with stuff for choline, dopamine help, plant-based brain boosters, cell energy support, and key B vitamins. That makes it a fuller focus option than those basic energy pills.

The main choline part is NeuraChol™ at 500mg, which mixes DMAE bitartrate, Alpha GPC, and citicoline. Smart move since these all help make acetylcholine—a brain chemical for attention, memory, and connecting mind to muscle—from different sides. The downside is no breakdown: you see the total 500mg, but not how much of each like DMAE, Alpha GPC, or citicoline. That's key because Alpha GPC and citicoline have their own solid dose ranges, and without splits, you can't tell the balance. Still, having all three in a non-crazy stim setup fits well.

Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract is in at 500mg, standardized to 50% polysaccharides. That adds real long-term brain support, not just a quick buzz. Lion’s Mane helps with nerve growth factors and building cognitive toughness over time. Fruiting body is better than shady mycelium labels. You won't feel it like caffeine, but it's why Codex is for daily use, not just one-time energy.

L-Phenylalanine at 500mg brings in building blocks for brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine. It fits upstream of tyrosine in that path, and pairs nicely with vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate at 20mg. P5P is the active form that helps turn those into neurotransmitters.

NutriFitt Codex by NutriFitt contains 25mg Niacin, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 100mg total caffeine from caffeine anhydrous and C2™ caffeine citrate—just enough to wake you up without the wild ride. The two sources make it feel smoother than straight anhydrous, which matches the focus-on-productivity vibe.
  • 500mg NeuraChol™—a mix of DMAE bitartrate, Alpha GPC, and citicoline to help make acetylcholine and boost brain performance. This gives Codex a solid focus setup better than supps with one choline or none at all.
  • 500mg Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract standardized to 50% polysaccharides—a real dose for folks wanting more than a quick hit. Fruiting body is what most people look for on labels, and the standard means it's not just weak mushroom hype.
  • 100mg Sabroxy® standardized to minimum 10% oroxylin A—one of the top premium brain boosters here. Sabroxy helps with sharper focus, learning, and memory, and studies show it boosts memory stuff and BDNF levels.
  • 20mg PQQ as pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt—right in the sweet spot from human studies on fatigue, mood, sleep, and brain markers. Solid dose that actually matches the research, not some tiny 5mg throw-in.
  • 150mcg Huperzine A—a classic that stops acetylcholine from breaking down too fast. Basically, it makes the NeuraChol™ blend hit harder by keeping that brain chemical around longer.
  • 500mg L-Phenylalanine—an early building block for stuff like dopamine and norepinephrine. It fits because Codex isn't just about staying awake; it's for real motivation, drive, and sticking to tasks.
  • 20mg vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate—the ready-to-use form, not a cheap filler. P5P helps as a helper in making brain chemicals, especially in a supp focused on dopamine and acetylcholine.

NutriFitt Codex by NutriFitt contains 25mg Niacin, a clinical dose for training performance and pump.

Who Is This For?

  • Pros who lift and work same day, needing one supp for better output and gym focus. 100mg caffeine keeps it chill, while NeuraChol™, Sabroxy®, and Huperzine A help steady concentration for meetings, data, and detailed sets.
  • Students and desk jockeys in long focus modes wanting better recall and less wandering than plain caffeine. Choline mix, Lion’s Mane fruiting body, and PQQ aim for quality attention and brain staying power, not a fast buzz.
  • Folks who like moderate stims but hate the jitters, no hunger, and drop from strong nootropics or pre's. Codex has just 100mg caffeine, then leans on Sabroxy®, NeuroRush™, Huperzine A, and cholines instead of stim overload.
  • Lifters big on mind-muscle link and clean form over raw hype. Stuff like Alpha GPC and citicoline help focus, reactions, and smooth muscle drive in workouts.
  • Over-30 crowd more about staying sharp through rough weeks than getting buzzed. Lion’s Mane, Gotu Kola, and PQQ make this a grown-up brain supp, not basic caffeine pills.
  • All-around athletes mixing cardio, weights, and brain work. Moderate caffeine fits morning tasks, lunch lifts, or afternoon grind without messing sleep like 250-400mg options.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules with water 20-30 minutes before lifting, studying, or any brain-heavy spot. That lets caffeine, coffee fruit, and nootropics kick in before you push. If stims or acetylcholine supps are new, start with 1 capsule day one, then 2, then full 3 after checking how you feel. Capsules are easy, no mixing, but drink water for comfort and brain work.

Go empty stomach or light snack for best kick; big food slows it down, especially caffeine. Skip stacking with strong coffee, pre's, or energy drinks unless you want over 100mg caffeine. It goes good with creatine, electrolytes, fish oils, and protein eats based on your goals. Huperzine A lasts long for many, so not too late in the day till you know. Daily is fine since Lion’s Mane and PQQ build up, but some do 4-5 days a week to avoid too much choline feel. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 10 minutes, no big rush—this isn't heavy stims. Around 10-20 minutes, caffeine starts, feeling like clear alertness, especially not on a full stomach. By 20-40 minutes, it's all in: sharper lock-in, better task flow from choline, Sabroxy®, and NeuroRush™. From 40-90 minutes, it stays steady, not like hard-peaking stims that crash fast. In the first week, you'll see if choline hits you strong or if you tweak the dose for no headaches or overdrive. Over 2-4 weeks, Lion’s Mane and PQQ help build mental toughness and cut fatigue.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in NutriFitt Codex per serving?

Codex provides 100mg total caffeine per 3-capsule serving from caffeine anhydrous and C2™ caffeine citrate. That puts it firmly in the moderate-stim category, which is intentional given the formula’s heavy reliance on nootropic support rather than brute-force stimulant loading.

Is Codex a pre-workout or a daily nootropic?

It’s best classified as a nootropic that can also function pre-workout when mental focus is the goal. The formula is built around NeuraChol™, Lion’s Mane, Sabroxy®, PQQ, Huperzine A, and only 100mg caffeine, so it fits both productivity and training contexts.

What does NeuraChol™ actually do in this formula?

NeuraChol™ is the formula’s cholinergic base, combining DMAE bitartrate, Alpha GPC, and citicoline to support acetylcholine-related focus, memory, and mental performance. The total is 500mg, but the individual amounts of each component are not disclosed, so you get pathway coverage without full sub-ingredient transparency.

Will Codex feel strong if it only has 100mg caffeine?

For many users, yes—because the formula does not rely on caffeine alone. Sabroxy®, Huperzine A, choline donors, coffee fruit extract, and L-Phenylalanine all contribute to the experience, so Codex often feels sharper and more purpose-built than a simple 100mg caffeine capsule.

How long does it take to notice the effects of Codex?

Most users notice the first effects within 20-30 minutes, especially the caffeine and alertness lift. The broader nootropic profile tends to feel like cleaner concentration and better task engagement rather than an immediate stim rush.

Can I stack Codex with coffee or a pre-workout?

You can, but it should be done carefully. Codex already provides 100mg caffeine and includes multiple focus-oriented compounds, so adding coffee or a stim-heavy pre-workout can make the experience harsher, more anxious, or less sleep-friendly.

Why is Huperzine A included at 150mcg?

Huperzine A inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine, helping the choline donors in NeuraChol™ stay active longer. At 150mcg, it sits in a common nootropic use range and is one reason Codex can feel cognitively potent without needing extreme caffeine.

Is the Lion’s Mane in Codex a quality form?

The label specifies Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract at 500mg standardized to 50% polysaccharides, which is a strong quality signal. Fruiting body is generally preferred over vague mycelium-heavy labeling in serious mushroom formulas.

Is Codex appropriate for beginners?

It can be, especially compared with high-stim focus products, but beginners should still start with 1 capsule to assess response. The caffeine is moderate, but the cholinergic stack and Huperzine A can feel strong in sensitive users.

Does Codex need to be cycled?

Not everyone cycles it, but some users prefer using Huperzine-containing formulas 4-5 days per week rather than continuously. Lion’s Mane and PQQ support consistent use, while the Huperzine A component is the main reason some people choose a more strategic schedule.

Comfortable at First, But Did Not Last Long
Size: 9.5, Color: Cs05 White
I used these Feethit men’s slip on running shoes for about six months, and my experience was a bit mixed. Starting with the positives, they are pretty comfortable right out of the box. They are lightweight and easy to slip on, which makes them great for quick trips or casual everyday wear. The fit was true to size for me, maybe even a little on the loose side, which I did not mind for a relaxed feel. However, the durability just was not there. After about six months, I started to notice wear and tear, and eventually I got a tear in the sole right under my heel. That made them really uncomfortable to walk in, especially for longer periods. Once that happened, it was basically game over for using them regularly. Because of that, I would not recommend these for heavy use, workouts, or long days on your feet. They seem better suited for light, occasional wear rather than something you rely on daily. Overall, they are comfortable and easy to wear at first, but they do not hold up over time. If you are looking for something long lasting, you may want to look at other options.

Won’t Fit No Matter What
Size: 9.5, Color: Cs05 White, Size: 9.5, Color: Cs05 White
These shoes don’t stretch so I was unable to get my foot in the shoe. They are my size, but the opening has no stretch so you can’t get your foot in the shoe. I tried several different ways and then realized even though the shoe is the correct size, the opening was too small. They made the opening for the shoe probably the same size on all shoes, so unless you have kids feet you won’t even be able to slide them on. I’ve never had a shoe I couldn’t get on. I’ve worn Sketchers no problem. This is design flaw and I highly recommend you don’t buy!

Great Fit, Lightweight, and Totally Quiet
Size: 11, Color: New Black05
Great fit and very comfortable once you pick the right size. Lightweight, breathable, and completely silent on hard floors. No squeaks or “suction” sounds like some reviews claimed. Normal packaging, normal opening, no issues at all. Excellent value for the price.
