Strong men's multi with chelated minerals and extra antioxidants.

NutraBio Multi Sport Men's Daily is a strong men's multivitamin with a sports focus. It hits the key vitamins and minerals hard, then adds antioxidant and cell protection that active guys really get something from. This isn't a basic RDA multi. It's built to help with energy production, red blood cell work, fighting oxidation, enzyme functions that need minerals, and handling the grind of regular workouts.

It starts with solid antioxidants. You get 400mg of vitamin C, way more than the bare minimum, to help recycle antioxidants, build collagen, and keep your immune system tough during tough training. Vitamin E is at 400 IU as natural d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate – that's a better pick than the cheap synthetic stuff – and it protects cell membranes from oxidative hits, especially when you're pushing your body often. Vitamin A comes as 10,000 IU beta-carotene instead of preformed retinol, which is a safer bet for everyday use. For vitamin K, it's a step up with 160mcg total, split between K1 and 80mcg K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7 – that's a top form with longer staying power for better calcium management, bone health, and blood vessel support.

The B vitamins are cranked up high. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid each hit 100mg. That's way past basic needs and targets saturating the paths for breaking down carbs, handling amino acids, turning over energy in mitochondria (your cell's power plants), and keeping your nerves firing right. Vitamin B12 is 500mcg as methylcobalamin for methylation (a key body process) and red blood cell help. Folate is at 400mcg, covering the basics, though it's folic acid instead of a methylated version.

Mineral form quality is one of the better parts

NutraBio Men's Daily by NutraBio contains 3000mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for cognitive performance.

Key Highlights

  • 400mg Vitamin C – that's a real dose for a daily multi, not just a tiny bit. It helps fight oxidation, build collagen, and keep your immune system steady, which you notice more when training and stress ramp up the wear.
  • 400 IU Vitamin E as natural D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Succinate – a smarter choice over cheap synthetic versions. This fat-soluble antioxidant shields your cell membranes, especially in muscles getting hammered from workouts.
  • 160mcg total Vitamin K with 80mcg K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7 – this stands out for directing calcium right and supporting bones and blood vessels. MK-7 lasts longer in your system, making it way better than the weak K in basic multis.
  • 100mg Thiamine, 100mg Riboflavin, 100mg Niacinamide, 100mg B6, and 100mg Pantothenic Acid – a beefed-up B-complex for energy flow. These act as helpers in turning food to fuel, processing aminos, and keeping your nerves and energy steady.
  • 500mcg Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin – a premium, active form over cyanocobalamin. It backs red blood cell making, nerve function, and processes tied to recovery and daily energy.
  • 15mg Zinc as Zinc Arginate Chelate – better than oxide junk in cheap multis. Zinc's key for immune health, enzymes, testosterone stuff, and fixing tissues, super relevant if you're active.
  • 200mcg Selenium as Selenium Glycinate Complex – a good daily hit in a chelated form. It boosts antioxidant enzymes like glutathione peroxidase (fights cell damage) and helps with thyroid hormones.
  • 100mg Magnesium as Di-Magnesium Malate – not a full mag supplement, but a solid add in an easy form. Magnesium handles ATP (energy molecule), muscle and nerve function, and the mineral balance athletes often short on.

NutraBio Men's Daily by NutraBio contains 3000mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for cognitive performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys doing structured lifting 4-6 days a week who want nutrients that match their effort. The big B-complex helps energy, while zinc, selenium, magnesium, and antioxidants cover the extra needs from hard training.
  • Busy dudes training early or late without wanting more stims. It's capsule-based, no buzz, and supports your daily grind without fading out.
  • Athletes cutting calories for looks, where food's limited and nutrients can slip. This broad multi keeps you covered when intake drops.
  • Guys over 30 balancing performance and health. Vitamin K1 plus K2 as MenaQ7, natural vitamin E, and chelated minerals make it smarter than basic multis.
  • Heavy sweaters putting demands on minerals for enzymes, blood cells, and recovery. Zinc, copper, selenium, magnesium, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum help with metabolic and antioxidant needs in high volume.
  • Label readers who value quality forms over hype. Chelated minerals, methylcobalamin B12, MK-7 K2, alpha lipoic acid, and NAC appeal if you check ingredients first.

How to Use

Take 2 veggie capsules daily with a meal and water. Pick a meal with fat for better uptake of A, E, and K. Sensitive gut? Don't do empty stomach, especially with the strong Bs. No need to split unless you like one at breakfast and one at dinner. Stim-free, so morning or evening's fine, but early day's easier to remember. Stacks great with creatine, fish oil, protein, electrolytes, and performance stuff since it handles base nutrients without overlap. No cycling – daily is key. Keep it cool and dry, lid tight, to keep it fresh.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days: no big rush, since it's not stimmy. You might just notice it's easy to swallow, goes down fine with food, and slots into your day without messing sleep or hunger. In week one, it's about filling gaps – less worry if your meals are hitting B vitamins, zinc, selenium, magnesium, and antioxidants. By weeks 2-4, you feel the steadier energy, better push through tough sessions, and less rundown vibe from nutrient shorts. Keep going because this stuff builds over time with consistent use. It's the multi that strengthens your whole routine by fixing the base.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of multivitamin is NutraBio Multi Sport Men's Daily?

This is a high-potency men’s multivitamin built with a sports-nutrition mindset. It combines aggressive B-vitamin dosing, quality chelated minerals, vitamin K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7, and added antioxidant support from 100mg alpha lipoic acid plus 100mg N-acetyl cysteine.

How many capsules do I take per day?

The serving size is 2 vegetable capsules daily for 30 servings per bottle. Taking both capsules with a meal is the most practical approach, especially because the formula includes fat-soluble vitamins A, E, and K.

Will I feel this right away like a pre-workout?

No. This is not designed to create an acute stimulant effect. Its benefits come from improving your daily micronutrient coverage, supporting energy metabolism, and reinforcing antioxidant and mineral-dependent systems over consistent use.

Why is the B-vitamin dosing so high?

NutraBio used a high-potency B-complex strategy: thiamine, riboflavin, niacinamide, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid are each dosed at 100mg. These vitamins act as coenzymes in energy production, amino acid metabolism, and nervous system function, making them especially relevant for active men.

Does this product contain vitamin K2?

Yes. It provides 80mcg of vitamin K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7, plus 80mcg of vitamin K1, for 160mcg total vitamin K. That is a more serious vitamin K setup than what you see in many standard multis.

Why are alpha lipoic acid and NAC included in a multivitamin?

Those two ingredients push the formula beyond basic nutrient coverage. Alpha lipoic acid supports cellular redox balance and glucose metabolism, while NAC supplies cysteine for glutathione production, giving the product a stronger antioxidant and recovery-support profile.

Can I stack this with creatine and protein?

Yes. In fact, that is exactly the kind of stack this product fits best. Creatine and protein address performance and recovery directly, while this multivitamin helps cover the micronutrient foundation that supports those larger goals.

Does this replace magnesium or zinc supplements?

It depends on your total intake and goals. This formula gives you 100mg magnesium and 15mg zinc in quality forms, which is useful support, but some users with higher needs may still use a separate magnesium product depending on diet, sweat rate, and clinician guidance.

Is this formula transparent?

The verified panel here discloses specific doses for the key active vitamins, minerals, alpha lipoic acid, and NAC, which is a strong sign versus vague label practices. Metadata flags a proprietary blend, but the disclosed formula components shown are individually quantified.

Who should be careful with this product?

Anyone using blood thinners should speak with a physician because the formula contains both vitamin K1 and K2. Users with thyroid conditions should also note the 150mcg iodine content, and anyone already using separate high-dose vitamins or minerals should review total intake before stacking.

Sort of OK Budget model
Size: 11S MAX
I'm giving this model 5 stars because at this price, especially "renewed," it's a great robo vac. It is NOT anywhere near the hands-off level of other machines. It can't map the rooms, bumps its way around fairly successfully, but needs frequent hands on to fix something. In my case, with 2 long-haired cats, the most frequent issue is tangled hair in the roller. The machine stops dead and sends out 4 beep distress sounds for a while, then shuts down. Also, the remote seems to work only in line of sight, so if Eufy is stuck somewhere you can't see, and you were out, to find it you'll have to hunt with your eyes. Nevertheless, if your funds are limited, top choice. Update: After 6 months of usage, I'm giving it only 3 stars. Problems: 1) if you have long-haired cats (I do) their hair clogs the roller fairly quickly. After a while, no matter how well you clean the hairs out, you have to replace the roller entirely as hair seems to get inside it and cause the machine to stop working entirely. 2) the remote works only if you can see Eufy and it can "see" you. If it gets stuck in some place out of sight, lots of luck finding it. 3) when told to go to home base and recharge, it bumps around for a long time trying to find the way home. Bottom line: Where it vacuums the rug/floor is clean, but it takes a lot of baby sitting. Definitely not first choice unless funds are really tight.

Great value for money
I live in a smaller space (sub 1000 square foot apartment) and most of our floors are hard wood, with a couple of rugs thrown in for good measure. Over the years we've had numerous robotic vacuum cleaners from various manufacturers. Our needs with this one were simple. We wanted a device that was controllable via app and virtual assistant (Alexa, google home, etc.). The ability for the device to map our living space and for us to name rooms and choose which rooms. to vacuum in any given session was a deal breaker. I wasn't looking for a device with a built in mop - though this turned out to be a huge boon, and self-emptying the bin was not important to me (this device does not have a docking station that allows for self-emptying; if that is important to you then look elsewhere). The device looks much like all previous robotic vacuum cleaners that we purchased. As does the dock. Setup was extremely simple - I downloaded the app, scanned the barcode sticker on the top of the device, and it walked me through the rest. Didn't take more than 2 minutes. I followed the instructions in the app to map my space and a few minutes (I live in a small space) all of our rooms were mapped, named and ready to go. This was about as seamless a process as it could have been. Adding the device to my virtual assistants (Alexa and Google Assistant, for now) was very straightforward and the app provided excellent instructions (with screenshots) for both. I exclusively use google assistant for this device as the commands are much cleaner. I simply say "Google, clean the Living room" and the living room is vacuumed. I can even chain commands "Google, clean the Living Room and the Kitchen" and it will selectively clean the mentioned rooms. Alexa's commands were a bit more arduous to use/remember (something along the lines of "Alexa, please ask Roborock to...." - I honestly can't even remember). I believe this to be a result of how Alexa's skills work, and outside of the control of Roborock. The vacuum cleaner cleans hard wood floors and rugs very well and I've yet to encounter a case where the floors were not spotless after a cleaning session. I can't speak to thicker carpet since we do not have any, but I'm really impressed by the cleaning and the bin in this device appears to be larger than previously owned devices because it lasts a few sessions before needing to be emptied. Mopping. I did not buy this device for its mopping capabilities but I'm really glad to have them. I read other reviews that suggested that the mopping was not useful, but I strongly disagree. Perhaps if you had a big mess, or sticky floors, then the (wetted) pad that drags along the ground when cleaning could not clean up sufficiently but when used more in a maintenance mode (i.e. I utilize the mop *every* time I turn on the vacuum) it keeps the floors nice and clean. Is it as powerful as higher end mopping devices? Absolutely not. Does it keep the floors nice and clean? Absolutely. What you need will largely influence your perception of the mop but to me this is a great add-on when used frequently. Finally, the ability to schedule vacuum session has been wonderful. Within the Roborock app I set up routines to clean various areas of my apartment on schedule. For instance, I schedule the vacuum to clean the Kitchen and Dining Room every morning after breakfast (8am) and every evening after dinner (7pm). The vacuum takes care of the rest and in a house with children this kind of scheduled and automatic maintenance greatly reduces crumbs and mess. This is a very cost effective device that feels like more of a luxury than I could have expected. It fits my needs perfectly and I absolutely love it.

Oooooh this little guy packs a punch!
Color: Black01
I dont know what the heck took me so long to get this little gadget. I absolutely love it and now can't imagine being without it. I can't compare it to the other big names, I just simply can't afford those! But I can tell you this little guy packs a huge punch on results! 1st I must tell you my house is vey small, maybe 1600sq ft inside, only 2 bedrooms. I have no foot traffic at all. No kids. No pets, No shoes inside-sorry thats just the way my husb & I live. So I run my Robo 2 times a week only and he still picks up massive amounts of lint, rug fibers, dust etc.... Programing is super simple, easy to change plans, various options on suction and tweaking the areas you want covered. Robotic absolutely fabulous. Don't be sketched-out on its price point. Seriously its low price is freakin worth it! Like I said I dont know how it would compare to Roomba, and I actually dont care because Roborock is amazing!!! Love Love Love it!!!!

“Terrible Product, Even Worse Support
Color: Black01
Roborock vacuum has been nothing short of exasperating, and after more than ten days of back‑and‑forth with customer support, I can confidently say this is one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in years. What should have been a reliable, premium home appliance turned into a daily source of frustration, and the company’s customer service only amplified the problem. The core issue began when the vacuum repeatedly failed to complete its cleaning cycle. Instead of finishing the job, it would stop randomly in different rooms and display an “interrupted by user” message — even though no one had touched it. Firmware was up to date, the environment was unchanged, and the vacuum had been working fine before. The problem was clearly internal, whether hardware or software, but the device simply refused to function as advertised. Unfortunately, the product’s shortcomings were only the beginning. The real ordeal started when I reached out to Roborock’s customer support. Over the course of nearly ten emails, I received little more than generic, repetitive responses that did nothing to diagnose or resolve the issue. Each day brought a single, unhelpful reply asking for information I had already provided or requesting steps that were unnecessary because the malfunction was already documented in the app. The vacuum’s cleaning history, error logs, and behavior patterns were all visible on their end, yet they continued to push the burden back onto me. Instead of meaningful troubleshooting, I was met with delays, scripted messages, and requests to redo the same tasks over and over. At one point, they asked for logs, screenshots, timestamps, and device information — all after I had already spent days explaining the issue in detail. It felt less like support and more like a slow, circular process designed to wear the customer down. After more than a week of this, I finally reached my limit. I had purchased a premium product expecting premium reliability and service, but what I received was a malfunctioning vacuum and a support experience that left me feeling ignored and undervalued. I eventually gave up entirely and bought a replacement from another brand just to end the frustration. By the time Roborock finally offered a replacement, the damage was already done. The trust was gone, the patience was gone, and frankly, the brand loyalty was gone. A company’s true character shows when something goes wrong, and in this case, Roborock failed spectacularly. In the end, the vacuum didn’t just stop cleaning my floors — it swept away any chance of me ever purchasing from this company again. Between the unreliable product and the painfully slow, ineffective customer service, I cannot recommend Roborock to anyone. There are plenty of other brands that value their customers and stand behind their products. Sadly, Roborock is not one of them.
