.How to use:

1. When you get the machine, first check the appearance, whether there is any deformation, bumps, and whether the accessories are complete.

2. Install the inertia wheel (flywheel) and tighten the fixing screws

3. Rotate the crankshaft (flywheel) to see if it is smooth, if it is not smooth, special lubricating oil for steam engine is needed on the crankshaft seat

4. Put lubricating oil into the oil cup, turn the machine upside down, and rotate the crankshaft, so that the lubricating oil enters part of the cylinder and spool valve chamber, reducing the running resistance

5. Connect the pipes of the steam engine and the boiler. The pressure of the boiler is about 3 kg (the outside diameter of the machine inlet pipe is 3 mm within 4 mm).

6. After the boiler pressure comes up, open the gas valve and turn the flywheel a few times (because the temperature of the machine is low, the steam enters the machine and instantly liquefies, and the flywheel is turned to heat the machine) to facilitate startup

7. The internal seal of the machine is composed of a 0-shaped rubber ring and a high-temperature gasket. If it is damaged, it can be purchased in general hardware stores (the piston outer 12 inner 10 sealing ring, the connecting rod is outer 6 inner 3 sealing ring)

8. After using the model, it should be oiled and stored at the movable place. Since most of the material of the machine is made of aluminum alloy and brass, pay attention to the degree of wear of each component in time, and replace or repair it in time.

9. The machine is running under high temperature and high pressure. Do not touch any part of the machine with your hands (except the reversing device). Minors must play with their parents, and pay attention to safety during play!

10. If the machine has quality problems, please contact me as soon as possible to give technical guidance. Do not disassemble and assemble without permission (because the machine has close to 200 parts, small parts are easy to lose)
