Don Julio Blanco is a foundational highland tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos region of Jalisco. Bottled unaged, it’s all about clarity and precision, showing the pure character of the agave without any influence from oak.

The nose is bright and fresh, with clean agave, citrus, and a light herbal edge. On the palate, it’s crisp and focused, with notes of lime, grapefruit, and a touch of pepper layered over a subtle sweetness from the cooked agave. The texture is smooth and balanced, finishing clean with just a bit of lift.
