This is a pop metal piece and not plastic like the 1966. The Bel Air & Biscayne collars are 3 8" longer in the sleeve than the Impala & Caprice. The sleeve is the circular part that would attach to the upper collar and does not include the flat plate.

Replaced wedding band after 43 years
