Il Selva delle Monache Bianco Costa d’Amalfi DOC 2024 della Cantina Ettore Sammarco nasce nel cuore della sottozona di Ravello, una delle aree più affascinanti e vocate della Costiera Amalfitana. Frutto di un blend di 70% Biancolella e 30% Falanghina, questo bianco rappresenta in pieno l’anima del territorio, esprimendo freschezza, eleganza e complessità aromatica. I vigneti, coltivati su suoli di origine vulcanica a medio impasto e ben strutturati, si avvantaggiano di un microclima unico, fatto di forti escursioni termiche e brezze marine che conferiscono al vino una spiccata mineralità e profumi intensi.

La vendemmia avviene manualmente nella prima decade di ottobre, con un’accurata selezione dei grappoli e un rapido trasporto in cantina per preservarne l’integrità. Le uve vengono sottoposte a criomacerazione in silos refrigerati, seguita da pressatura soffice e fermentazione a temperatura controllata. Il vino affina per 3 mesi in acciaio su fecce fini, acquisendo equilibrio e profondità senza perdere la sua vivace freschezza.

Alla vista si presenta con un giallo paglierino brillante; al naso offre un bouquet complesso con note floreali e sentori di frutta esotica, arricchiti da sfumature mediterranee. Al palato è fresco e armonico, con un finale elegante e persistente che richiama le caratteristiche tipiche dei vini della Costa d’Amalfi.

Perfetto in abbinamento con piatti di pesce, crostacei e carni bianche, si esprime al meglio servito a 8-10°C in calici da vino bianco. Prodotto in quantità limitate e destinato principalmente alla ristorazione e alle enoteche, è un vino che porta in tavola la tradizione e la bellezza unica della Costiera Amalfitana

This is the second Michael Kors bag in my collection, and I’m pleased with both of them. These are quality items that are timeless and complement pretty much everything that i own. Classic, chic, elegant and sophisticated without screaming that this is a designer bag. This comes packaged beautifully and carefully so that it’s protected. The strap is adjustable on both sides. The bag lives up to Michael Kors quality and is worth every penny. I need a matching wallet or wristlet NOW. Highly recommended if you appreciate designer products that have a higher price point but will last for years and always be in style.
