Allassaggio si conferma fruttato, ed è fresco con uneffervescenza sottile e delicata.Questo Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Cuvée Prestige dellazienda Ca' Del Bosco nasce dalla vinificazione separata di uve chardonnay e pinot nero, i cui vini base vengono assemblati dopo otto mesi di affinamento.
