1. Toys themselves do not shed hair, and cutting the plush material during production may cause some broken hair. Before shipping, we use a high-power hair suction machine to suck it up. Due to the large daily shipment volume, there may be situations where it is missed or partially not sucked. The buyer mistakenly thought that the floating hair would fall off. In fact, as long as they take a photo outside or use a hair dryer to blow it, they can expose it to sunlight to remove static electricity, and the floating hair will naturally fall off.
2.Due to the volume requirements of express delivery, we usually use vacuum packaging. Some dolls may not feel full and fluffy after being opened due to the long distance and long squeezing time. You can leave it in the sunlight for a period of time, and the PP cotton will automatically restore itself. Then, hold it and shake it, and the plush will also become smooth.
