About Open Sew

Open Sew is your creative catch‑all day — bring any project you’re excited to work on! Whether you sew, quilt, knit, crochet, embroider, hand‑stitch, or craft in your own unique way, you’re welcome to spread out, settle in, and enjoy uninterrupted making time in our bright, friendly classroom.

Work at your own pace, enjoy the company of fellow makers, and soak up the inspiration of creating in community. And while you're here, feel free to shop — you’ll have an entire quilt shop at your fingertips.

What to Bring

  • Your current project — sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet, handwork, or any craft you love
  • Your sewing machine (if your project requires one), along with power cord and foot control
  • Project materials such as fabric, yarn, thread, notions, or specialty tools
  • Basic crafting or sewing supplies you like to use (scissors, rulers, pins, hooks, needles, etc.)
  • A sack lunch or plans to order in

Need a little treat while you sew? We offer a Keurig and light snacks for 50 cents each.
