Met een kettlebel kun je ontelbare oefeningen doen. Door de fijne grip van dit hulpstuk rond je
iedere sessie succesvol af. Je kunt ervoor kiezen de kettlebel met beide armen tegelijk te gebruiken,maar ook met één arm kun je flink wat oefeningen doen. Het fijne aan deze kettlebel is dat je de intensiteit kunt aanpassen. Er worden namelijk gewichten van twee kilo meegeleverd. Zo kun je het van 8 kg opbouwen tot 16 kg.
Het handvat is net als de rest van het attribuut gemaakt van massief gietijzer. Hierdoor ligt ‘ie goed in de hand en wordt er een comfortabele swing gecreëerd.

Williams' poetry requires some bio, and Charles Tomlinson's introduction in this edition has proved helpful. also Wendell Berry has published a handsome critique in "William Carlos Williams of Rutherford" that helps to mitigate some of the ishiness that may result from reading Williams without understanding the man. that beins said, Williams speaks well to the listeners of the finical new millenium with a mind for the migrant-flux consequences of the coming century -stressing the "thing" and the "American idiom" with attention to detail and irrepressible imagination "flung outward and up-disappearing suddenly" (from "Strains" in Al Que Quiere)
