Vignes de Nicole Roseis gemaakt van de druivensoorten: Grenache, Mourvèdre en Syrah. Elke druivensoort wordt apart gevinifieerd, voor het realiseren van de blend. Het gistingsproces duurt 2 weken bij 17°C. Rijpend op gist, regelmatige roering gedurende 40 dagen in nieuw bedekte cement vaten. Er is aandacht besteed aan het behouden van de vruchtenconcentratie, dankzij regelmatig pompen.
Mooie lichtroze kleur. In de neus komen kersen, rode bessen en tropische tonen naar voren. Op het palet elegant en fruitig, zacht en heerlijk fris met een goede lengte.
Heerlijk bij zeevruchten, schaaldieren, zalm, varkensvlees, salades en licht kazen. Een perfecte zomerwijn!
Tegenwoordig bezit Domein Paul Mas meer dan 600 hectare wijngaarden en werkt samen met verschillende boeren waardoor ze nog eens 1312 hectare extra tot hun beschikking hebben. Dit maakt het mogelijk dat ze toegang hebben tot wel 40 verschillende druivensoorten, zowel lokaal als internationaal, evenals een ongelofelijk scala aan verschillende bodems in de Languedoc.
