De Mini RayTemp™ is compact, licht van gewicht en gemakkelijk in het gebruik. Gewoon de thermometer op het doel richten en de meettoets indrukken om de oppervlaktetemperatuur aan te geven in het bereik -50 tot 330°C met een gegarandeerde nauwkeurigheid van ±2°C in het gebied 0 tot 330° C en ± 4°C daar buiten.

De Mini RayTemo heeft een duidelijk afleesbaar LCD venster. Tevens voorzien van een 'Lo-Bat' indicatie en displayverlichting. De Auto-Off voorziening schakelt het toestel vanzelf uit na 10 seconden.

De lens om de IR-straling te bundelen heeft een optiek van 12 : 1. De aanbevolen meetafstand is ≤ 300 mm waarbij de thermometer de gemiddelde temperatuur meet van een oppervlak Ø25 mm. De emissiefactor is vast ingesteld op 0,95  en maakt het toestel geschikt voor gebruik in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.

De Mini RayTemp™ is bij uitstek geschikt voor het meten van temperaturen van voedsel waarbij men de noodzaak om het voedsel aan te raken kan vermijden en het risico van kruisbesmetting kan verminderen.

Excellent wrist rest, BUT not for me
I'm rating this wrist rest 5 stars despite the fact that it's not for me. The reason that it is not for me is simple: My palms get very sweaty, and this makes my palms stick to the wrist rest, making it hard to move my hands around. This is an inherent limitation of the fact that it is made out of wood, and drove me to the 17" x 4" x 0.75" foam wrist rest from Grifiti instead. If you don't have sweaty palms, however, this wrist rest is perfect. It is 4 inches deep instead of the typical 3.1 inches, it is the perfect height and tapered just so for maximum comfort, the wood (Golden Oak color) is beautiful, and the engraved logo is tasteful and non-intrusive.
