Extra informatie:
Het is belangrijk om de gevoelige gedeelten van de huid goed te beschermen. Dit is niet alleen in de zomer belangrijk met veel zon, maar kan ook in de winter nodig zijn op een zonnige winterdag. Bij paarden is niet alleen een roze neus of een aftekening op het hoofd extra gevoelig voor zonnebrand, maar ook aftekeningen op de benen en de kootholten kunnen zonnebrand oplopen.
Sun Protector bevat zowel een UVA- als een UVB-filter. UVB-stralen komen tot in je bovenste huidlaag en zorgen ervoor dat je huid pigment aan gaat maken ter bescherming. De UVB-stralen kunnen niet door glas, kleding of wolken heen komen, maar zorgen ervoor dat je verbrand als je te lang in de zon zit. De ‘B’ in UVB staat voor ‘burn’; verbranden. De ‘A’ in UVA staat voor ‘aging’; veroudering. Deze stralen dringen dieper door in de huid en zorgen voor huidveroudering, zonneallergie of pigmentvlekken.
Sun Protector heeft SFP (Sun Protection Factor) 30. Dit betekent dat je met SPF 30 simpel gezegd ’30 keer langer’ in de zon kunt zitten dan zonder zonnebrandcrème. Dit geldt alleen als je goed insmeert, in ieder geval iedere twee uur.

Soft, Durable, and So Much Better Than Cotton Balls

These cotton pads have been such a simple but huge upgrade to my routine. For years I used regular cotton balls or even toilet paper for skincare and makeup removal, so I wasn’t expecting these to make that much of a difference. After seeing them on Amazon, I decided to give them a try, and now I don’t want to go back.
They are incredibly soft and gentle on my skin, especially around my eyes. I mainly use them for applying toner and removing eye makeup, and they work perfectly for both.
