What brands of Aircon FCU do we sell?
Mitsubishi Aircon Fancoil Unit
The most common Fancoil model number in Singapore is MSXYGE10VA. Other than that, we do sell other models as well. MSXYGE10VA is phased out already. Hence you can only get a refurbished set in Singapore.
Daikin FCU
Other than Mitsubishi MSXYGE10VA, the next most common Fancoil model is Daikin’s FT25DVM. As the age of this Fancoil unit is rather old, parts such as the PCB or fan motor may malfunction time to time.
Panasonic Aircon Fancoil Unit
There may be an unfortunate situation whereby your Panasonic Aircon Fancoil is corroded by Aircon chemical wash. Depending on the model, brand new Fancoil unit may be phased out, Hence you can only opt for a refurbished set here.
Midea Aircon Fancoil Unit
Sometimes there could be a few components in a Midea indoor unit that is malfunctioning. Hence it may be cheaper to just replace it with a second hand FCU instead. The Fancoil unit that we are selling here may be chemically washed already.
York Aircon Fancoil Unit
York Aircon FCU may experience blower related issue after prolonged use. Hence, a customer may opt to get the blower. We do sell standalone York Aircon blowers.
Fujitsu FCU
Fujitsu indoor unit usually do not have a high rate of failure. However sometimes it’s indoor thermistor does malfunction as well. We do sell indoor thermistor taken from a perfectly functionable Fujitsu FCU.
Sanyo FCU
Sanyo Aircon spare parts are no longer available in the market. Hence, your only choice is to get a refurbished Aircon spare parts. It is rather common for customers to change the entire Sanyo FCU as it may have already corroded due to years of Aircon chemical wash.
Toshiba Aircon FCU
Toshiba FCU may experience sensor receiver related problem after prolonged usage. Here at Aircon spare Parts Pte Ltd, we do sell standalone sensor receiver taken from our functionable Toshiba Aircon FCU.
LG Aircon FCU

Compared to Aircon compressor, FCU price in Singapore is a lot more affordable. A typical FCU may cost from $70 – $150. However it also depends on the rarity of the parts. For example, MSXY09SV FCU may not be cheap. as there are no brand new parts available at Mitsubishi Electric anymore.

Aircon FCU Repair and Troubleshooting
We do not repair Aircon Fancoil unit. We simply provide the entire FCU for the technician to replace it for the customer. A common cause for FCU failure is due to corroded coil from chemical wash. We strongly recommend chemical overhaul for FCU instead of chemical wash.

Step 2. Send us the model number and parts that you require. The model number is very long. Hence, there’s a chance that you may type wrongly. It will be best if you send us a photo of the model number that you require.
Step 3. We will Whatsapp you the price.
Step 4. Do let us know beforehand before coming down to collect the parts.
Note: We will not reserve the parts unless a 50% deposit is placed. There will be no refund once the deposit is made.
